Prior to the session you chose you might need to complete a Client Intake Form and/or a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q+) to proceed with the appointment. If you do not complete the form, within 24h prior to the session, this might be cancelled and no reimbursement made.
We don't routinely provide meal plans as they can be restrictive and cause an unhealthy relationship with food; instead, we believe in a holistic approach where we provide personalised meal ideas, recipes, simple and healthy suitable options for your lifestyle and medical condition. However, if you are keen for a meal plan to be used as a guidance, please get in touch with us and we can discuss further.
We believe that quality nutritional support should be accessible to all. We offer dedicated Community Sessions for those facing financial constraints who still wish to prioritise their health. These are one-off appointments available at specific days and times. To keep this service sustainable yet inclusive, we use a “Pay as you can” model (suggesting a minimum of £35). Interested?
