Every great journey begins with a story, and mine is no different.
In 2013, I dreamed of becoming a doctor. When the medical school in my hometown of Bologna turned me away, I found myself at a sudden crossroads. But instead of giving up, I chose a different path. I decided that if I couldn’t heal others as a physician just yet, I would start by discovering the world (and myself).
I packed my bags and set off: first to Greece, and later to the fast-paced heart of London. There, I immersed myself in the world of fine dining, working in Michelin-starred restaurants and iconic cocktail bars. It was vibrant and intense, but deep down, something was still missing. I realised that while I loved the hospitality industry, it didn’t fulfil my core desire to truly make a lasting difference in people’s lives.
Then, almost by chance, I discovered the Human Nutrition program at the University of Westminster. Something clicked. As I dove into the science of food and health, I uncovered a passion I hadn’t realised was there, and with it, a deep sense of empathy and purpose. To complete my journey, I moved to the beautiful city of Edinburgh, where I earned my Master’s degree in Dietetics at Queen Margaret University.
While finding my niche, I became deeply passionate about the role of movement in health. This led me to enroll in a Level 3 Personal Training course. I knew then what I know even more clearly now: nutrition and movement are two sides of the same coin. A truly holistic approach is the only way to achieve sustainable well-being.
Through hard work, growth, and a lot of heart, I went from dreamer to Dietitian. Today, I am proud to support and empower others to feel better, live better, and become the best version of themselves.
MY EXPERIENCES
With nearly six years in the nutrition field, my expertise is rooted in the digital health realm, where I have worked for some of the most prominent health-tech companies in the market. I am a firm believer that professional support should be accessible wherever you are. Life is busy, and I understand that traveling to a clinic isn’t always feasible. Too often, we let health concerns slide until a small issue becomes a significant one. This is why I provide my services predominantly online: to ensure you receive expert care on your own terms.
Throughout my career, I have worked across both paediatric and adult services, including international cooperation, and specialising in weight management, behavior change, and nutrition support. I am a strong advocate for multidisciplinary care; having worked alongside nurses, pharmacists, and doctors, I have seen firsthand how a 360-degree approach makes the real difference in a patient’s journey. I also believe in the importance of professional boundaries. If your needs fall outside my specific expertise, I leverage my extensive professional network to recommend the right specialist for you, ensuring you always receive the best possible care.
My curiosity and thirst for knowledge drive me to constantly evolve. I am dedicated to continuous professional development (CPD) to ensure my practice is always backed by the latest science. My most recent advanced training includes:
Women’s Health: navigating health from PCOS to perimenopause, with a special interest in Endometriosis.
Gut Health & IBS.
Sustainable Diets: merging personal nutrition with environmental impact.
Nutrition in Emergencies (certified by UNICEF).
Community Leadership: advocacy and social impact.
Outside of my professional role, I am a dedicated volunteer for charities that align with my core values. These experiences have sharpened my skills in leadership and advocacy, but more importantly, they fuel my passion for supporting vulnerable and marginalised communities. I am driven by the belief that even small, targeted actions can save lives, improve health outcomes, and build long-term resilience for a healthier future.

MY APPROACH
This is a partnership, not a prescription.
I truly believe that every person is unique; there is no "one-size-fits-all" solution to wellbeing. This is why I move away from strict, restrictive diets unless they are medically necessary.
My philosophy is about making peace with your body. Instead of rigid plans that feel like a burden, we will focus on small, realistic steps that fit into your actual daily life. These small changes build the momentum you need to reach your goals and maintain a balanced lifestyle long-term.
This journey isn’t always a straight line. There will be moments of frustration, but also moments of joy and pride. My role is to be with you every step of the way: offering evidence-based guidance, celebrating your wins, and helping you navigate the challenges.
The only question left is: are you ready to begin this journey together?
